These terms cover participation in the Contors Affiliate Program, operated by Contors LLC. By applying you confirm you have read and agree to them. To apply, see the affiliate program page.
Applications are reviewed individually and approval is at Contors’ discretion. The program is invite-only and normally requires around 20,000 total followers across your channels. Approval is not a guarantee of any minimum earnings.
20% of the first payment of each new subscriber you refer. First payment only — not renewals, and not for the life of the account.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after their discount and excluding tax. Example: Pro annual lists at $39.99; with your 20% code the customer pays $31.99 and you earn $6.40.
Which plan the customer chooses is up to them, so a referral is worth more on an annual plan than a monthly one.
You get a promotion code and a referral link. You may choose your own code from your affiliate dashboard.
The code gives your audience 20% off their first payment and is valid for new customers only. It cannot be applied to an existing subscription.
The referral link sets a 30-day tracking window. If someone clicks it and subscribes within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.
Commissions are generated by subscriptions completed on the web through our payment processor, Stripe.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and cannot be attributed to an affiliate. This is a platform limitation and applies to every affiliate program of this kind. Direct your audience to contors.com and ask them to use your code at checkout.
Commissions are held for 30 days after the sale clears, then become payable. Payouts are made monthly by PayPal once your balance reaches $50. Below $50 the balance rolls to the following month. You are responsible for your own taxes.
If a referred customer refunds or charges back, the commission is reversed. If it has already been paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
Approved affiliates receive a comped Contors Unlimited account while actively promoting Contors, meaning at least one mention per month and at least one referred sale per quarter. The referred-sale requirement begins 120 days after approval, so there is time to get going.
If promotion stops, the comped account ends and reverts to the free plan. The account is for your personal use.
You may use the Contors name and logo to promote the program. You may not alter the logo, register domains or social handles containing “Contors”, or present yourself as an employee or official representative.
Describe the app as it is and do not claim features it does not have. Disclose the affiliate relationship where the FTC requires it — a plain “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission” is enough.
Either side may end the arrangement at any time, for any reason. On termination, commissions already earned and past the 30-day hold are paid at the next monthly run. Commissions arising from activity that breached these terms are void, as is the comped account.
These terms may change. Material changes will be emailed to active affiliates. Continuing to promote Contors after a change means accepting it.
The program runs on Rewardful, which connects to our Stripe billing. Approved affiliates get a dashboard at affiliates.contors.com where you can:
Attribution is automatic. When someone redeems your code at checkout, or subscribes within 30 days of clicking your link, the commission appears in your dashboard. If a customer later refunds, the commission voids there too, so what you see is what you will be paid.
